Do not shame yourself if you splurge on keto
When on your ketorrific journey, it is crucial to do your splurge by eating a keto treat with a meal. Do not choose to eat a keto treat at the beginning of the day for breakfast. Chances are, if you start the day with a keto treat, it may trigger you to have more cravings throughout the day. Maria talks more about this concept in the episode.
You don’t have to log calories or weigh yourself to do keto!
I think that many of us feel like we need to track every morsel that goes in our mouth or weigh ourselves when doing keto. This concept couldn’t be furthest from the truth! Maria and I talked about this in the webinar and how you can weigh yourself or track calories/carbs if that is what you want to do. However, if you cannot stand logging or weighing, don’t do it! Just trust yourself and how you feel in your clothes!
