Why the keto diet for diabetes?
There are numerous reasons to do the Keto diet if you have Type 1 Diabetes! Not only will you prolong your life and experience less complications, you can save money on insulin. Recently, there has been an advent in the increase in drug prices and unfortunately this will make it a lot harder for people to afford to purchase insulin. If you are a diabetic and your healthcare provider gives you permission, then do the Keto diet!
