Learn to be mindful by practicing Tai’ Chi Gung
If you want to find inner peace with mindfulness, I would highly recommend that you learn Tai’ Chi Gung exercises with Master Lama Rasaji! Ever since I’ve started doing Tai’ Chi Gung, I have slowed down my life and learned to be in the present. Not thinking about the past or future has decreased my anxiety tremendously! I also have found that Tai’ Chi Gung has allowed me to have fewer thoughts during the day and improve the thoughts that I do have.
Did you realize that negative thoughts can cause disease
The following excerpt was taken from Master Lama Rasji’s book, Circle of Life, which is available on his website:
One recent discovery about the mind from the field of psychology revealed that an average human being thinks about 60,000 to 100,000 thoughts a day. Someone with this many daily thoughts would be considered by a yogi adept to be quite unenlightened. An aware being or a spiritually transformative being usually uses much fewer thoughts on a daily basis. In fact, the more evolved a master is, the fewer thoughts that they actually use. It is a valuable concept to consider.
On a practical level, the idea to focus on when beginning to master the mind is this: Emphasize improving the quality of your thoughts first, and concern yourself with the quantity of your thoughts later. In the beginning, it is not a matter of how many thoughts that you are breathing into existence, it is a matter of how successful you are at consciously determining the quality of your thoughts.[/callout]
Information about Master Lama Rasaji
Master Lama Rasaji Shakti is one of the 12 Lamas in the world. Master Lama Rasaji Shakti is an expert in Tai’ Chi Gung, which is about 3300 years old in origin. Tai’Chi Gung originally began with Boganathar, a sage who mastered three different yoga disciplines. Boganathar moved to China to immerse himself in nature and then onward to Tibet to open up a school of Tai Chi Gung.
Master Lama Rasaji Shakti originally began his journey by living and training at the original Tai Chi Gung Lamasery in Tibet. Since then, he has been training in Lao Tzu’s regenerative health system for more than 50 years, and he is an expert on Tai Chi Gung.
