Add the seasoning to give your keto recipes a crunch!
If you are a keto vegan or vegetarian, then you may be looking for a recipe for something crunchy to add to your dishes! In the keto world, bacon is what is used a lot for that added “crunch” sensation. However, in the keto vegan or vegetarian world, we avoid bacon due to toxic additives, and because we love our pigs.
You can count on this recipe for keto vegan coconut crispies seasoning to provide that similar taste of bacon! A little bit of this garnish goes a long way in helping to add an extra hint of flavor!
A superfood and seasoning all in one
The keto vegan coconut crispies seasoning is not only a healthier alternative than bacon, but it is a superfood. What makes it a superfood is the coconut flakes. Coconut and coconut oil are both high in medium-chain triglycerides, a type of beneficial fatty acid that can help support the health of your gut due to its bacteria-fighting, antioxidant properties1.
